Release Agent

Because of low surface tension of organic silicone, irregular surface is prone to spreading to form film. It may be used nearly in all forming materials. The organic silicone has very good heat resistance, chemical inactivity, cold resistance and good performance in a large range of temperatures. With these features, the organic silicone is used as release agent in a series of industries, such as rubber industry, resin industry, foods processing industry etc.

Multi-Functionality

Demoulding Property

The organic silicone release agent is inconsistent with nearly all organic materials. Thus, it has a very excellent demoulding performance.

High & Low Temperature Resistance

It has very good heat and cold resistances capable of developing good dmoulding performance within a larger range of temperatures.

 

Chemical Stability

Because it has the chemical stability of organic silicone, it will not result in damages, such as erosion, expansion or deformation on molds and products.

Applicable to Products with Complex Shapes

The organic silicone has small surface tension, good wettability. Therefore, easy demoulding is possible for complex products.
