
LIMS (Liquid Injection Molding System) is a new processing system, which form the liquid silicone rubber with excellent performance accurately and stably through injection forming equipment. The work is accomplished automatically from blending to forming only by loading two liquid materials, A and B, to the equipment, such that convenient processing is available while pursing simplified engineering and shortening processing time. Besides, with various properties of liquid silicone rubber, it is applicable widely to various industries representative of electrical, electronic, automobile, foods. LIMS focuses on improved production capability and reduced manual charge to implement outstanding economic performance perfectly.

Shortened Processing Process
The curing speed is rapid to shorten forming time because the liquid silicone rubber is cured by means of addition reaction.
Improved Production Performance
It may be formed under the condition of low injection pressure and is applicable to precision part processing because it is a liquid material. High quality forming operation may be accomplished with high efficiency by blending two liquids, A and B, accurately without mixing impurities.
Forming Automation
It is applicable to burr free, runnerless forming. Also, the forming process automation is available, and the continuous automatic forming production of the process is shortened because its demoulding performance is good after curing.
Advantageous to Environmental Protection
No by-product is generated in curing process. Additionally, due to burr free, runnerless forming, no waste material is generated in production process and it is advantageous to environmental protection.
